kind words from past attendees

“I had the pleasure of attending a workshop that Laylee put together, and it really propelled my business forward. She is so sweet and full of energy that you just could not help but feed off her positivity. I thought I had a good handle on my business going into the workshop, but I left feeling enlightened and with a new group of friends who share similar passions. Her workshop was truly one of the highlights of my year, and I would not hesitate to participate in any of her future offerings!”

kind words from past attendees

“I am so thankful that I invested in education with Laylee! Not only did I receive guidance and valuable education to grow my business, but just as importantly, I received a friend. Her passion for teaching and for genuine community radiates from her! After attending her workshop, one of my images from the styled shoot landed me a finalist ranking in the Shoot and Share photo contest - my highest placing image to date! Another win was booking an ‘ideal bride’ for the next year. If you have the opportunity to attend a workshop, retreat or mentoring session - do it!

Hi, friend! I'm Laylee; a photographer and educator with a heart for serving others. I believe in people first, heart over hustle, and comfort over couture. Since I started my business, I have served the creative industry with authentic encouragement, tell-it-like-it-is honesty, and a wide open heart. I'm a connector, a cat mom, and a bloody mary enthusiast who can't wait to get better acquainted over a cup of coffee with you!

I'm a software engineer turned wedding photographer who has a passion for empowering creatives to take control of their technology. Tech is my jam - and my 8+ years working in technical support, software development and systems engineering laid a unique foundation for my wedding photography business. My goal is to empower creatives to build confidence and make their tech work for THEM! In my free time, you can find me being the worlds okayest crossfitter, spending time with my husband Andrew, or leading the San Antonio Chapter of the Rising Tide Society!

Hello, sweet friends! I'm Sarah: a designer and brand strategist in a long-term love affair with letterform. I craft intentional brand and website designs for creatives, along with heirloom wedding invitations for couples. My goal is to help you set the foundation for a polished brand that can grow with you over time (and guess what? There is so much more to your brand than just a logo! We'll cover everything from type selections to brand voice). As for me? There's nothing I love more than a gorgeous ink flourish, but antique churches and my ever-growing collection of plant babies certainly come close! I can't wait to connect with you in person and share in a dose of creativity and community together.

Hi Friends! With over 10 years of photography experience, photography has shaped not only I do, but who I am. It isn’t just the art that keeps me coming back for more, but the opportunity to love and make my clients feel seen exactly as they are. There is a beautiful balance in how we care for our clients behind the lens and behind our computer screen and the creation of Kindred Presets has opened so many doors to help photographers, just like me, find even more fulfillment in their callings. I am so excited to join you on your personal journey!
