This mastermind was designed to provide the best of 1-1 coaching and small group community and growth.
By intentionally capping the group at a very small number (no more than 6 max), each participant will have so much access to each of the other group members: the best part of this format is that you end up getting just as much individual attention and help as a high-ticket 1-1 coaching program... without the hefty price tag and with the experience level of multiple coaches!! You'll walk away with a community of people to encourage and support you as you scale your speaking!

Biweekly calls from September through November with a clear focus, where each participant is given the chance to be heard and helped. Each calls will center around topics tailored to the needs of the group. No one will be overlooked or underserved in this group.

The first call will be to gauge where you are and where you want to go. The second call will ensure you have an action plan to continue the work throughout our time together and after the group comes to a close.
Two 1:1 Calls with Laylee
You'll have the chance to receive real critique and feedback from Laylee on your presentation virtually, and most exciting - you'll have the opportunity to present a receive feedback in person at our add- on retreat!
Presentation Feedback
This two day retreat will include the opportunity to practice your talk, get feedback from the whole group, and get photo/video of your presentation to aid in pitching and promotion! A massive value. *$750 add on; includes lodging, lunches, and photo/video

For years, my students have asked me to host a mastermind. It's one of the BEST ways to grow quickly, but there are so many factors that can make or break it. So I took my time, gathered and researched, and found all the things I want to provide (and almost more importantly, this things that I don't want).
I do not want to create a space where someone gets lost in the mix, or falls through the cracks. I want a space of equity—where every single participant is given the floor and the chance to focus in on their growth. Each call will have a focus (for example, outlining your talk, workshopping story, practicing, writing your pitch, etc). With a mix of content and hands-on work these calls will create momentum and help you get things done.
