When a business owner makes the investment in their business to bring on a coach or mentor, there are a lot of expectations that are set (with or without acknowledgment from both parties). Unfortunately, there are times when that investment doesn’t go well for the mentee.

Did you ask them for feedback? (9:48)
Did you notice something was off (which is common and okay, but then what did you do? Did you reach out or give them ample opportunity to work with you? (10:25)
